Dan Roman

Dan founded Roman Sales in 1979 with the experience that he cultivated from working with his father, Pat Roman, for over 15 years. A graduate of UNLV, Dan always finds a way to arrive at the best solution for both his customers and suppliers. People view him as an incredibly fair individual who takes the time to establish a friendly relationship with his customers.

Typical Dan: Saving the day, on and off the baseball field.

Favorite Place on Earth: Sitting on the patio in Newport Beach, surrounded by his grandchildren.

Mike Roman
Mike

Mike joined his father, Dan, at Roman Sales in January of 2002, and took control of the company in 2015. A graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering, Mike brings over 18 years of sales experience to the company. Mike is intent on keeping up with the latest innovations in our industry to deliver valuable intel to our customers.

Typical Mike: Believes there is a solution to every problem. Sometimes it is just hidden really well.

Favorite Place on Earth: Buried inside the barrel of a wave.

Personal Motto: “I got 99 problems, but a switch ain’t one.”

Tina
Tina

Tina comes to Roman Sales with over 28 years of manufacturing, purchasing, and accounting experience. She’s worked in multiple fields, including pressure-sensitive adhesives, plastics, and large-format printing. She is now eager to learn all she can about the world of electricity.

Typical Tina: Double-checking everything.

Favorite Place on Earth: Anywhere I can read/watch Game of Thrones.

Personal Motto: “Yesterday is yesterday; it says nothing for the present.”

Alex

Growing up in a technical household, Alex always had an interest in circuits and electronics. Graduating from UCSC in 2015, Alex moved to Los Angeles to start his career. After five years in purchasing and sales in the entertainment industry, Alex is ready to learn more about those circuits his grandfather would talk about.

Typical Alex: Playing guitar or running a DND campaign.

Favorite Place on Earth: In the redwoods of the Monterey Bay Area.
